First things first we have to serve up a great lunch to set the tone for the day and this one pairs perfectly with your favourite beverage and is a great way to welcome in the warmer days. We’re going for a reversed seared tomahawk steak. The method of reverse searing, when done right, produces melt in the mouth, tender and juicy steak carved off the bone. A real winner.
Dinner calls for lamb gyros. A different take to Dad’s favourite roast lamb, a lamb gyros spins on a rotisserie for hours over hot coals and when paired with Ozpig’s brand new Gyros rub, produces an incredible marriage of chargrill and Mediterranean flavours. Serve with pita bread, tzatziki sauce and salad for a lighter but delicious spin on a Father’s Day dinner classic.
