- South East Queensland
- Central Eastern Queensland
- Majority of Eastern New South Wales including Sydney
- Greater Melbourne

If you fall outside of our free delivery areas the delivery cost will be calculated for your order by our shopping cart for your convenience. You can also check individual freight costings on the product pages by choosing your postcode and suburb.
Dispatch & Delivery Time
Orders consisting of in-stock items - Items marked as "In Stock" are processed as quickly as possible to get them out of the warehouse and on their way to you. Delays can occur during peak buying periods.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped, this email will also inform you of the tracking information so that you can follow your delivery online!
Should there be an extended delay with sending your order you will be notified as soon as possible.
Once your order leaves our warehouse in South East QLD, transit times will vary depending on the destination of your order and the method by which it was shipped, however, most orders will generally be delivered within 1 and 10 business days. Please see the indication list below.
PLEASE NOTE: Larger bulky packages going to Victoria & New South Wales are experiencing longer than normal delivery times at the moment. The delivery estimates below are only a guide.
Examples of Approximate Transit Times: Covid delivery delays are unfortunately hard to predict when lockdowns occur.
- Brisbane: 1 to 3 Business Days
- Sydney: 1 to 5 Business Days
- Melbourne: 2 to 6 Business Days
- Adelaide: 3 to 6 Business Days
- Perth: 5 to 10 Business Days
- Hobart: 5 to 7 Business Days
- Darwin: 6 to 10 Business Days
All delivery time frames are approximate and are subject to variables outside of our control. If you have a specific delivery deadline please contact us and we will make arrangements with you wherever possible to meet your requirements.
Express Post Options
Whilst we offer Express Post as an option on some of our products. It does not guarantee priority dispatch. Orders are processed through the warehouse system on a first come first served basis. Express Post generally means the transit time is less once an order has left us.
Unattended Delivery Addresses & Authority to Leave
Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. As such we recommend you use a business address or an address where you, or someone you designate, will be available to sign for your delivery.
For our delivery partners, if no specific instructions or a signature required is selected, their policy is to leave the goods at the premises. Where possible, we always recommend providing delivery instructions (I.E. Authority to Leave at the front door if unattended), OR to select a signature required. If you have requested a signature upon delivery and no one is available to sign, your parcel/s will be taken back to the depot and a card will be left to organise alternative arrangements. Re-delivery can usually be arranged, however, this will normally incur an additional charge at your expense.
Business Shipping Addresses
Please include the name of the business on your order if having your order delivered to a business address. Please also include the times in which the business can accept your delivery in the delivery instructions box when creating your order. This greatly assists the courier with your delivery so that your order can reach you as smoothly as possible.
We have accounts with several national delivery companies including (but not limited to): AusPost, Toll IPEC and Couriers Please to deliver our products around Australia. The services available and used for your order will depend on the destination, size, and weight of the items and delivery time frame.
PO Box & Parcel Locker Deliveries
As of July 2021 we no longer ship to Post office Boxes or Parcel Lockers - Please provide a residential address or business address for all deliveries. If you are ordering something that cannot be delivered by Auspost (smaller items), the other courier services will not deliver to a Post Office for you. Please always include a legitimate business or residential address for delivery to make sure the package is not returned to us.
Currently, we do not ship internationally. Delivery is available within Australia only.
Items that are listed on our site as Pre-Order Available will automatically be placed on back order.
** ATTN: If you choose to Pre Order these items and other IN Stock items in the same order - we will dispatch the entire order when your pre-order arrives. If this is not suitable, please place two separate orders.
Special Order Items
Items that are listed on our site as Special Order will automatically be placed on hold. All other items in these orders will be shipped and when the special order item becomes available we will send it separately. Special Order items will have a time frame provided on the listing (4-7 days, 7-14 days) to indicate how long stock will take to arrive into our warehouse. We will notify you as soon as possible regarding the estimated dispatch date of the order when it is provided to us.
The availability of stock shown in the category and item pages are based on online warehouse stock levels. To check the stock level for one of the Tentworld stores, use the Check Stock In Store button on each product page.
Cancelling An Order
In the first instance that you wish to cancel your online order, please contact the Tentworld Online Team via phone (1300 836 896) or email (email@example.com) with your customer details.
Prior to your order starting processing through the warehouse, the Tentworld team are happy to cancel your order for a full credit or refund except in the case of Special Order Items.
For orders that are being processed or have been dispatched from the warehouse but have not yet been received, we will have to organise a return through the delivery service in which your order was sent.
Please note that as the item/s have already been processed in our system or left our warehouse, there may be a return shipping cost at the customer's expense. This cost will be deducted from your credit or refund amount once we have received the item/s back into our warehouse. To determine the return shipping fee, please contact the Tentworld team using the methods above.
