Ultimate Chair Challenge Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period: 1st November 2025 - 31 January 2026
1. Eligibility
- Only products purchased from authorised Oztent retailers within Australia during the promotional period are eligible.
- The promotion applies to select Oztent products only.
2. Registration Requirements
- Customers must register their product within 14 days of purchase via the official Oztent Australia website.
- Registration must Include: Full Name and Contact Details, Product Model, Retailer where product has been purchased, and Proof of Purchase (valid receipt or tax invoice).
3. Return Conditions
- If not satisfied, customers may return the product for a full refund.
- Returns must be lodged within 30 days from the date of purchase, via the online form at www.oztent.com.au and not via the original store of purchase.
- This must be accompanied by: Proof of Registration confirmation (provided upon registration), Original Proof of Purchase, and Product must be in its original condition and with all packaging and accessories.
4. Refund Details
- Refunds will be processed via electronic funds transfer (EFT) within 14 business days of receiving and validating the returned product.
- Refunds do not include postage or return shipping costs.
- Oztent Australia is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns; customers are advised to retain tracking information.
5. Limitations
- Limited to one claim per customer.
- Refund is based on proof of purchase price.
6. General
- Oztent Australia reserves the right to verify claims and reject any that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
