Frustrating that you will not refund and insist on a store credit. I was returning the item so I could repurchase on a gift card that I had left at home at the time of the original purchase, but was told I could not do that. The gift card has not subsequently expired leaving $156 in Tentworlds pockets.

Another great experience at Tentworld. I have been getting a lot of my camping gear here for the last couple of years. I recently bought a camping tent for my daughter.
