Hello I recently received your 204 to Anderson adapter cord to run my Hardcore sandwich press and quick boil kettle when at home but your lead tripped out both appliances instantly because the 12 volt (Anderson end)put out 14.7 volts.what a waist of money and I’m guessing you won’t give me my money back (chucked the box out) not expecting any issues 🤷‍♂️??????

I can’t believe you clowns sent me a review link after stuffing me around and costing me money. I would never recommend using Tentworld again, especially the Browns Plains store. The staff have zero integrity like the management of the company. I purchased a Darche 180 awning and was given no mounts. I had to pay for them out of my own pocket. When I tried to resolve it with the store and Tentworld management they made up lies about my character and integrity. I will never shop here again and I would avoid at all costs as their customer care and service is quite frankly appalling. If I could give them an appalling rating I would. Avoid at all costs and shop somewhere like BCF that are customer focused. This company shoud take a good hard look at thenselves
