I searched various outdoor retail stores in my area and Tentworld was the only store that had the item I wanted in stock. Unlike some stores their stock balance was correct and I didn't have a wasted trip due to stock levels being misleading. I also got the item at a reduced price. The two staff members I interacted with were great as they werer friendly and jovial but mostly efficient.

Nothing but praise for the tentworld team’s service & communication. My order was not stock-standard- long story short I’m interstate & couldn’t order a particular item online as it was a sale item and out of warehouse stock. They went out of their way to source it instore for me and post it. And I thoroughly recommend the Selkbag lite wearable sleeping bag suit!!! The warmth level is great for the standard Australian climate - only go for the standard suit if you are going below freezing. Trust the size guide too- I’m normally never a large, but in this case the measurements are spot on.

There was not as much variety of good quality gear that I was looking for when I was there recently. I ended up purchasing some lighting and some kitchen utensils. In addition the staff were not very helpful at all and particularly the manager didn't look at all like he wanted to be there and help people buy equipment.
