I dont write a lot of reviews but the customer service we received is so worthy of a review. From the phone call where I was given all the details and assistance I needed to my partner collecting the awning accessory the service given to us was brilliant. This was my first purchase from Tentworld and it definately wont be the last. 5 out of 5 , excellent service.

Outdoor Connection Durarig Tarpaulin - Silver/Green - 24x30 - 7.3M x 9.15M

Received the tarpaulin and found it to be defective/used like it had been used and scrunched up and left out in the weather. Was even shoe prints on it as well. Put it up anyway as it was my only option at the time. Contacted tentworld support and sent photos as requested. 2 options were eventually given, 1. to send tarp back (postage paid) and they would replace it after they received the defective 1. Which being a disabled pensioner this wasn't a great option for me Or 2. a $30 partial refund which they increased to $40 (on a $199 purchase), being I wasn't very happy with their options. Would not and will not buy from tentworld ever again. Would not recommend.

Engel C Cord 12V Fridge Lead

Considering the fridge is over 45 years old and still running thought we'd shout it a new lead , and yes the female end has changed, fits but the locking mechanism doesn't fit - still , does the job.

Zempire Monstamat Twin Self-Inflating Mattress

Had a cheap Dune mattress, which got us by but I ended up waking up in pain. So I decided to spend a little extra to get a better mattress and it has been the best decision! I have never slept better camping until now. This mattress is super comfortable.
