If you purchased your item Online, please Log In to your account and navigate to Order History. View the Order that has an issue and select Returns. Please fill out the form and one of our helpful Support Staff will be in touch within 24-48 hours to discuss your request.

Most disputes can be resolved through communication and it's best to contact us as soon as you recognise a potential problem. Once lodged you can also track the progress of your dispute online at any time.
To help our Support Team address your concerns promptly, please provide a detailed description of the issue, along with any supporting documentation, images, or videos that offer a clearer understanding of the situation. If you don't include these materials initially, we may request them later.
Keep in mind that in certain cases, our Support Team might need more time to thoroughly investigate your concern, coordinate with our courier partners, or consult our subject matter experts.
