Great product, excellent communication and fast delivery!

My wife and I where in the market for a tent and had been checking out the major retailers. Most of them had a tent ot two on display only, very disappointing why they expect me to purchase a product for some hundreds of dollars with just the picture on the box to go by is beyond me. Dropped in to Tentworld and was very pleasantly surprised by the display of tents etc on the floor. We could check out the pros and cons of a number of tents allowing us to choose our tent with confidence. Josh assisted us, he was very knowledgable and patient. He explained everything we wanted to know in an unhurried manner ensuring we bought a tent that was right for us. We will be back for our other camping needs. Thank you Josh and Tentworld.

Great help in warranty follow up

I needed a camp chair for the next weekend, ordered online from Tentworld on Sunday as they were the only company that stated delivery of the chair I wanted in time - they said delivery on the following Friday. Chair was delivered on the day promised, very happy with chair and service.

Tentworld has a great range of quality products and brands. I found the yeti brand cups i was looking for that i couldn't find anywhere else including the yeti website. Delivery was quick and my products were very well packaged. The ordering process was quick and easy. Do not shop here if you have bought wrong thing you can’t get a refund only a exchange or credit which I do not want as shop is to far away and I don’t need anything from them so I’ve lost 100 dollars not happy

As per normal tent world had exactly what i was chasing in store a hema maps of Barrington tops.the only reason you didn't get a 5 star rating is you wouldn't post it to me.central coast to Sydney to pick up a $16 map .???

Good to see are now selling coopers home brew at a better price than other around town. Will continue shopping here as long as price remains competitive. Pity that the price of bottle taps are so dear. Much cheaper at Dan murphys if you buy 10 packets which I do.
