Order two swags online, we ended up with a swag and a tent. It was a bit disappointing as they were Christmas presents. We couldn't get the swag replaced until they had received the tent back in their warehouse. It was a bit disappointing as it was their mistake and would have appreciated getting the correct one sent straight away. Long story short we did get the it in the end.

IT WAS A LITTLE CONFUSING AS THERE IS SO MUCH STOCK OVER QUITE AN AREA BUT FEW SIGNS AND NOT ALWAYS EASY TO SPOT WHAT YOU WANT. STAFF WERE NOT IMMEDIATELY VISIBLE BUT HELPFUL WHEN THEY DID ARRIVE

I surprised my husband with the Bug-A-Salt 3.0 Orange Crush for Christmas, and he absolutely loved it! It’s fun, effective, and well-made. He’s been using it nonstop. I’m especially grateful to Tentworld for delivering to Sydney when other stores wouldn’t. Highly recommend both the product and Tentworld!

Overall a great experience - easy to put up and take down. We did notice during our week away 2 pin holes appeared in the ceiling (the blackout material coming off) I made sure when opening the doors etc that i put the black lining inside rather than letting it be out in the elements too much. Hopefully it hold out without happening too much in the future. I don't know if there are patches to combat this? The structure of the tent is fine though.
