Always a great experience , been dealing with these guys for years , number one in Cairns :) My dog river and I always get a great welcome , proper advice , and if they don't know something they will find out and follow up. Had a warranty exchange to do recently and couldn't have been easier. I live permently on the road so having a store in Cairns up north like this , where they understand what your trying to do and can solve problems is awesome. Zempire Roco Lite V2 Camping Chair

Very sturdy, comfortable chairs. Not the lightest but worth it for the quality. The chair doesn't recline but the angle is a comfortable one for most applications (probably not the best for eating at a table). Great for the beach though as being aluminium it isn't going to rust out.

Sea To Summit Quagmire Canvas Gaiters - Medium

I bought two pairs of these, XL for me and Med for my partner. he website guide indicates or gives the illusion of cms around your calf (like every other gaiter product). but some inexplicable reason it actally uses the EU footsizing. but thats not clear until you recieve the product where it is labelled on the front. Also the lasrgest size still wouldn't fit my calf which I wouldn't consider overly large. about 46 cms.

Bit dark and dingey in-store, everything was set out in a tidy enough. No one but me in there and the Yeti drink bottle that I bought was 'on sale' but it's the same price you pay at BCF for instance. Customer service was fine. Would I go back? Probably not.

Christian whom I had spoken to twice and finally purchased my tent was so helpful and really knew his products and gave me good advise. There is a good team at Burleigh Heads branch, acknowledged me on arrival into the store and all very helpful without being pushy. I have other things to purchase and will not hesitate to go back to their store and recommend them to friends.
