I bought this tent 5 years ago and since purchasing and using only 5-6 times the fly has slowly degraded so much so it cannot be used. A replacement fly is between $700-800 which is outrageous. The Velcro tabs that connect the fly to the tent fall apart as they are poorly stitched / glued on and can’t handle any kind of heat. The fly has also ripped in many places despite having been looked after. Without the fly the tent becomes unusable … but they cleverly make the warranty 2 years (before the issues occur). The quality of Coleman tents is now really poor- do not buy!

It makes a pretty substantial seal. I'd recommend taking Not attaching the brush to the tube. Instead, hold the wee brush in your hand and squeeze a small amount onto the bristles. I think I got a lot more coverage using this method over the attached brush method. Disclaimer: First time user to I'm not sure if this is the correct application but it seemed (haha) to work pretty good though.
