YesI did buy an awning but it WAS NOT AS REQUESTED, I MADE A POINT OF NOT BEING ABLE TO HANDLE A HANDS ON ROLL UP ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS - but was completely ignored and ended up with exactly what I DID NOT WANT... tO PLAY A SENIOR FOR A SUCKER IS NOT ON MY SCHEDULE . That to me is straight disrespect. And becauuse I had to hang it on my vehicle to peek inside to check my suspicions I was refused a return and now am stuck with the frigging thing. I certainly will not be recommending Tentworld for any requirements. Incompetent staff is not on my list of purchasing.
