I ordered a new gazebo cover for my gazebo it arrived promptly and the staff were very polite and well mannered and helpful. I felt at ease within the shop as i was allowed to browse and my questions were answered about some equipment i was looking at. The store layout was very good and well set out. We dont do a lot of camping but there sure is adequate suppy of equipment there for me to purhase in times when we are without power. Well done Tentworld Townsville

Engel Gasket Lid Seal suits MT35/MT45/MR40F

Ordered the fridge gasket and it arrived a few days later.My old Engels went from struggling to freeze to working like a new one just by replacing the fridge gasket. Couldn’t be happier with it as I thought old Engels was due to be replaced. Bought it in 2000 and has been used regularly as a freezer.

Parcel was delivered, but heres the point, enquired wether they use aupost or a courrier subcontracted as aupost. The subcontracted couriers, fastway,aramex etc are so lazy, they wont deliver your parcel but insist you come and pick it up, even if youve paid full postage. Theyre 55km away from me, and im without a car atm. Thankfully my parcel was under 20kg and a certain size, within the restrictions of au post, ifnot, i could have split the parcel up into smaller purchases. note the employees cannot change an order delivery eg split up once its in the system. i hope someone benefits from this info, if you do, plz like, if you can to tell me it has helped.
