I bought this item almost 4 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Very disappointing. Its status is still at “depot” and the courier company is saying they need a photo to help locate it - why do they need a photo and wouldn’t they be best sourced from tentworld - does this mean someone has opened it and used it? 1 star.
