very stiff to open and close. Not enough support in back of chair for sitting upright. disappointed that side table becomes a fixture once chair is unfolded, I am senior person with arthritis who upon reflection needs a sturdier chair.

These director chairs are so comfortable! They are compact when folded and look great. The only thing is that they are a bit stiff to open up but I am hopeful they will loosen up with wear. Regardless, I would buy them again if I need another couple of chairs for the caravan.

Purchased as I needed to update from a regular camp chair due to "old age". So much easier to get out of the chair. Very comfy. A little stiff the first couple of set ups to get the chair to a sitting position but now no issues. Also comes with a cover for storage which is a bonus.
