We returned a camping chair for warranty which was fine. Left it at front counter while we had a look around. We actually found another camp chair same brand which we would have liked to have gotten and paid the difference, so we went back to front counter to see if we could change the chair for the other one but was told in no certain way nope., already put it through you can't change it. Wasn't explained why or anything. Was not said in a friendly tone but it was if we were having to make her do something she couldn't be bothered with. We picked up the warranty replacement and walked out. Love shopping at Tentworld but that attitude was not something we like dealing with.
