The integrated D-Plug is compatible with standard cigarette lighter sockets while also incorporating Engel's unique Posi-Fit connection, allowing the plug to be converted for use with a compatible Posi-Fit socket for a more secure, vibration-resistant connection in demanding off-road conditions.

For added peace of mind, the cord also features Engel's unique thermal fuse, which is designed to help protect both your fridge and vehicle electrical system by disconnecting power if the plug overheats due to excessive resistance or a poor connection.
