Go Native's casseroles and curries are batch made, as you would at home and then sealed and finished in a retort steam process. Our meals are preservative-free. That's real food ready to eat not freeze-dried.

To heat you just place the meal pouch in rapidly boiling water for 2 minutes, tear open the top of the pouch, stir and eat, it's that simple. You can use the boiled water for a brew afterwards.
