Our casseroles and curries are batch made as you would at home and then sealed and finished in a retort steam process, they are preservative-free. That's real food, ready to eat not freeze-dried.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Place the pouch in a pot of rapidly boiling for 2 minutes. Or, empty the pouch into a pot or pan and heat through. It's ready to eat.
We prefer it hot, you can eat it cold.
