I purchased this item 3 weeks ago and have been using it regularly with the Surge. It is a great concept item that has failed to meet the mark. The retention spring that holds the bits in place needs to be re-worked. Prior to pulling out the spring and replacing it, I needed a vice or two sets of pliers to get the bits out, now it works well. The end result has been the bits are trashed after three weeks. Check other sites for reviews, it is a common problem with this item.
The Tentworld staff were friendly and fantastic as usual.
