The Marity Ceramic 12V Heater Fan is ideal for instant heat, defrosting windscreens or just keeping you cool in the summer. This 2-in-1 car fan and heater is fitted with a 12v cigarette lighter plug, simply just plug it in and turn it on. It can be fitted either with the screws or the adhesive pad that's supplied.

This heater fan is more of a warmer than heater. It is after all only rated at 150W. It draws 10-12A so best if it is plugged into a 15A circuit. The fan is noisy. This is a basic unit and is perhaps a bit on the expensive side for what it is. However, on a cold morning may be enough to help clear the inside of a windscreen or take a bit of the chill off. I would only use this if the engine is running.

Purchased two 12v 150 watt ceramic heaters. Arrived a week later. Both units are unbearably noisy and barely put out more heat than your own breath unless the car engine is revving high. Tried them on a 12 volt battery that was fully charged and no heat comes out at all. It seems they need well over 13 volts to get any heat at all. Would recommend that you try an equivalent ceramic heater in a store like autobarn before you buy. Ours are ready to go in the bin

Fantastic heaters/demisters. We purchased them for our 670HT Bar Crusher boat to demist the windscreens and they work a treat. The best little heaters and also very good for warming the hands when it is freezing cold. We use three of them across our windscreen as it is very big but find they all do a great job in clearing it so we can see. They definitely dont drain the battery too much either. We highly recommend them to all boaters out there who struggle with the frosty/dewy windscreens.
