This design eliminates the need for end bars. Simply fold it out and do up the velcro strap at each corner. Without the end bars it is more comfortable because it does not rise at each end. Added comfort and insulation is provided by the padded cover. This simple functional design is very strong, easy to set up and comfortable.

Great product. Extremely well made, unusual for these times. Will outlast me.
Make no mistake, this is a big heavy duty stretcher that's built like an Abrahams tank. It doesn't wobble anywhere near as much as other comparable units and Its 170kg rating is very conservative my view, however, it's heavy and large, make sure it fits your tent and other requirements, if it does then I highly recommend it.

I'm an avid camper and have just come back from a 7 day camping trip, I had the most (comfortable) 6 nights sleep on a stretcher bed ever! (Thanks Sundowner)
Although the 2 issues I have with this stretcher bed are; Difficulty in moving stretcher bed around once it was set up and for me the clumsiness of setting the stretcher bed up. Because of this I have given the stretcher bed 4 stars, fix this and its an easy 5 star rating.
