The Ozpig Chargrill Plate and Drip Tray is a solid, enamel coated grill plate with drip tray. Ideal for grilling steaks, fish and vegetables over a fire. It can also be used over the heat bead basket (remember for beads to turn white before cooking). The heat can be regulated by the door.
