The Ozpig Diffuser can be used to lower the heat under the top plate (ideal for cooking fish/eggs/marinated foods) and reduce the heat under your cooking pot (place the camp oven on top of the top plate and place the diffuser under the pot). It can also be placed directly over the top opening to use as an element. You can cook toast or crumpets on top (medium heat is recommended) and is perfect to boil your billy on top!
