Satproof 600+ Ripstop Canvas
A tough and reliable satproof 600+ Ripstop canvas is used exclusively on all oztrail swags. Satproof uses separate processes for each stage of weaving, dyeing, colouring and waterproofing where the anti-mildew waterproofing agent is saturated through the canvas prior to manufacturing so even after wear and tear the canvas will still provide a waterproof barrier. Ripstop canvas provides increased strength to weight ratio compared to a normal canvas of similar weight.

Lap Felled Seams
Canvas seams are sswen in the tradtional way of double stitching the inverted seam which causes the water to run off rather than collect and pond on the seam edge.

PVC Vinyl Bucket Floor
Flooring is a high density puncture resistant 460gsm PVC vinyl bucket floor system to keep you dry and the moisture out. The bucket floor design ensures the floor to wall junction is high enough to be away from any ponding water
