The awning kit itself is fine ... but ... the service from Tentworld was shocking. The awning had faulty parts and could not be fitted. Tentworld, from whom we bought it online, did not want to know and referred us back to OzTrail who have been very helpful. Tentworld, you'll notice there was no issue with our payment, be nice if you at least tried to fix the problem.

This accessory seemed like a great idea to bridge the gap between our van and the gazebo when camping. This did not quite go as planned, unfortunately. Firstly, there were no instructions. While I consider myself able to work things out usually, the design did not seem to be very logical. After a bit of messing around, and taking the arms on and off several times, I was still not confident it was correct. The poles flexed far too much which meant that water was able to pool in the middle, not to mention that the centre also included a mesh section which allowed water straight through. I know that product does not claim to be water proof, but I do not understand the purpose of the mesh. The product design just seemed to be rushed, too small and not logically designed.

We've bought them because other stallholders at our monthly markets have them and say they are excellent for keeping sun and rain off goods.
