How much weight do I need?
A gazebo acts like a sail. The weight you need depends on the gazebo size, how long it stays up, whether
walls are fitted and how exposed the site is. As a guide for a standard 3 m x 3 m pop-up gazebo with no
walls:

Gazebos with side walls catch more wind, so use heavier weights, especially in exposed areas. Always use pegs and guy ropes on grass alongside weights, and on hard surfaces, use weights with anti-slip mats under each leg. Interlock weights correctly to enclose the legs, and always take the gazebo down in strong winds.
