Thomas Cooper Bootmaker Pale Ale Extract

Thomas Cooper started out as a humble bootmaker in the Adelaide village of Kensington, just a few doors down from the Rising Sun Inn — the place where his passion for brewing would later take root. After hanging up his cobbler’s tools, Thomas turned his focus to crafting quality beers, laying the groundwork for what would become an Australian brewing legacy.

Inspired by that same pioneering spirit, this American-style Pale Ale delivers a pale gold pour with crisp malt flavour, bright citrus and pine hop aromas, and a refreshing bitter finish capped with a thick, creamy head. A brew so good, Thomas would definitely approve.

Recommended to be brewed with (23L):

3 x Coopers Light Dry Malt (500g)
1 x Coopers Carbonation Drops (250g)
