The Thomas Coopers Brew A IPA pays tribute to Thomas Cooper’s first ever recorded brew from 1862 — a recipe marked as "Brew A”. His original log detailed a hearty mix of malt and Kent hops, crafted into a rich Pale Ale and a slightly heavier ale. Today, that legacy lives on through this American-style IPA, brewed in the same spirit of bold flavour and craftsmanship.
This full-bodied beer pours with deep amber and reddish hues, delivering a complex balance of tropical, citrus, and grapefruit hop notes over a toasty amber malt base. The result is a satisfyingly clean, hop-forward bitterness that lingers with every sip — a modern take on a true brewing classic.
