I want to review the ordering process. My order of this item was late and did not arrive with my other items.
I asked whether the store could post it but they said it was not in their policy to post orders purchased direct from the store.
I understand that is fine for original orders, but because this item was late, it is not good customer service to ask them to drive out twice to collect an item which was late in arriving.
