Camping Chairs

Every camper has different seating requirements. Because of this, we stock a huge range of camping chairs for you to choose from.  These chairs typically fall into different general catagories for you to find the best suited to your needs. These categories are as follows:

• Quad Folding Chairs - these would be what most would imagine the typical camping chair looks like.  These have their legs all pull into the middle, and store in a bag usually 100x15x15cm.  They're typically made from steel, but can be made from aluminium too. These remain our most popular type of camping chair.  The sitting position of a quad chair is usually more relaxed.
• Hiking Chairs - it wasnt long ago where most hikers did without chairs altogether.  These days, with new designs with thanks to brands like Helinox who pioneered this category, and other brands who have since followed  have really made this a new category.  Hiking chairs are now regularly chosen to go on bushwalks, and add comfort to those who require it on their adventures.  Hiking Chairs are also popular with car campers who are looking to save space and weight when compared with a traditional quad folding chair.
• Directors Chair - named this way due to looking similar to Hollywood Film Directors chairs, these chairs fold flat and wide usually with dimensions around 55x55x13cm.  These chairs tend to provide a sitting position more similar to what you'd expect when sitting at the dinner table for eating, and playing board games.
