Lucky i did my research before going for a drive to Tent World. Asked staff for a new bag for my 3x3 gazebo. Reply was, we dont sell those! I walked over & grabbed one off the shelf to their supprise. Friendly staff, but some training on goods sold may be a great idea for your sales!

Even better, the lady who helped me, identified that one of the items I was purchasing had an in store price reduction, that was not visible on the display and I was not aware of. Nice when staff actually look after you with costs, rather than trying to extract maximum dollars. will definately keep tent Worlf Midland on my shopping list.
