I'd been to the bigger brand outdoor shops looking for a new tent and was underwhelmed and struggling to find what I wanted. I went here last (as to be honest, I didn't know the place existed) and I'm so glad that I did. Family owned business with stores in QLD too, friendly, knowledgeable, pressure-free, patient service, great gear, good range and surprisingly competitive prices. Thanks to all at the Browns Plains and IpswichTentworld stores. Awesome customer service and great knowledge on your products. I had to get a refund on a product and needed to buy another that wasn’t in stock at my local store. The girls at Browns Plains called the Ipswich store and had what I wanted put aside for me when I arrived to pick it up. They were going to have it sent so I didn’t have to pick it up, but I needed it that day. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks guys from a Happy Camper!
