Event FAQ

The Darche Outdoor Gear Showcase is a special in-store event at our Tentworld Store Locations, where we showcase the latest in Darche Outdoor Gear, typically in a full outdoor-style display. It's a great chance to see tents, awnings, and accessories fully set up and chat directly with an Darche Representative.

The event will be held at our Tentworld Adelaide- Prospect store on Saturday, the 21st of November, between 9:00am-3:00pm.

Absolutely. Bring the kids, friends, or your camping crew. Everyone is welcome to explore, chat, and get inspired for their next adventure.

Our friendly Tentworld Team will be joined by a Darche Brand Ambassador, who will be on-site to answer all your questions, give product demos, and share insider tips on care and choosing the right gear.

Definitely. Our team can help you purchase gear in-store or assist with ordering anything not currently in stock.

Super helpful from the moment we entered the store in Ferntree Gully. Had an idea on what we wanted and was offered helpful information to select exactly what we wanted/needed. We also made on on-line purchase and recieved the goods two days earlier than expected. This was also hassle free and easy.

Soles fell off tactical boots after one day. Old stock should not be sold to anyone as My Wife nearly had a bad accident when it occurred. We got a full refund but beware when buying old stock .

Very dissatisfied customer. I purchased a eclipse 180 from burliegh heads store. It wasn't cheap, over $600, only to find that it was way too big for my 180 awning. They looked into it, and after many pics to show that it wasn't the right one. I needed the 180 eclipse vision. Who knew hey.ok can I return it and get the right one. Noooo !!!they said it was now 2nd hand, which has me buggered how you can find out it fits without taking it out of the box to put it on. So end of the day will not buy from them again with the no return policy. Anyone needs a brand new awning wall I have one at a good price

Disappointing Delivery Experience and Lack of Clear Resolution I purchased two items from Tentworld on 11 October — an OZtrail 6P Lumos tent and a mesh accessory. Both items were collected by the courier at the same time, yet only the mesh has arrived, on 21 October. The tent was originally scheduled for delivery on 23 October but was subsequently delayed. According to the courier’s own website, delayed parcels typically arrive within 1–2 business days of the original delivery date. Unfortunately, that timeframe has already passed, and I still have no tent or any definite information about when it will arrive. I’ve been following up with both the courier and Tentworld, but neither has been able to provide a clear answer or resolution. What makes this particularly frustrating is that we have a family camping trip planned in just three days. I placed my order well in advance, expecting sufficient time for delivery, only to find myself uncertain whether we’ll even have a tent for our trip. While I understand that the delivery issue may primarily lie with the courier, I believe Tentworld also has a responsibility to ensure that its delivery partners are reliable and that customers are properly supported when things go wrong. A great product selection means little if customers cannot reliably receive what they’ve paid for. I’m not expecting miracles, just better communication, accountability, and a proactive effort to resolve delivery issues, especially when customers have already been waiting this long. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting purchase for our upcoming camping trip has turned into a stressful and disappointing experience.

Blackwolf Hiker Extreme -3C Sleeping Bag - Acid Lime

I love this sleeping bag and Tent World dispatched it very quickly. I’ve never owned a sleeping bag for the sole purpose of keeping warm in sub degree temperatures but I would have been lost (and freezing) without it on my trip to the Himalayas. The -3 degree celsius is accurate, at this cold it’s warm and comfortable but at -11 it was not quite sufficient by itself so the heat rating is spot on. It was not used for camping but for staying indoors in sub degree temp rooms with no heating. Love it. Soft and packs down nicely.

Fantastic customer service via 'Click 'n' Collect' today from Tentworld, Toowoomba. Ordered at 12.03pm and order was ready to be collected at 12.16pm! Ordered Exped Mega Pump to help with deflating self inflating mattress to make it easier for me to roll up by myself....what a cracker of a lil' Pump this is!! Can highly recommend this product 10/10! Also bought the new Darche Nebula Storm Fly to go with my Nebula 1550 that I've had for about 7 years now (and absolutely love!)...will be testing new Fly on the weekend but super impressed with it so far...can highly recommend Darche products, not the cheapest, but as the saying goes 'you get what you pay for', have quite a few of their products now. Thanks again Tentworld Toowoomba for the great online service.
