You won't print it so don't know why I am wasting my time. Bought a chair for a friend, paid $15 for it to be delivered within 5 days, had 10 days to go, but no didn't arrive, spoke with various staff via phone and email, they decided I change my mind and they will do nothing about it. They all need to get customer service training and stop telling fibs.

Generally I don't go to Tentworld Toowoomba. While they have great product and some really knowledgeable staff that has been overshadowed by incredibly poor after sales service on more than one occasion. I have mentioned this to friends who have also recounted similar types of experiences.

Had what I wanted in stock and the fellow who served me was friendly and helpful and told me about scanning the barcode on the bottom of the Yeti product I bought, so that if I had any problems it could be replaced. I have several Yeti products and had not known about this before he told me.
