Went from Canberra to the Punchbowl store for the Zempire Tent Show- excellent, more stores should do something similar. The Zempire rep and staff were exceptionally helpful and informative. A couple of items were out of stock but they called the Canberra store and organised click and collect. Great service and friendly helpful staff. Two thumbs up!!

Ordered and paid for a Darche camping chair, I knew I had to wait for backorder. My money was refunded but with no reason why the chair wouldn't be delivered. I appreciated the refund but an explanation as to why it was cancelled would have been nice.
