Disappointing Delivery Experience and Lack of Clear Resolution I purchased two items from Tentworld on 11 October — an OZtrail 6P Lumos tent and a mesh accessory. Both items were collected by the courier at the same time, yet only the mesh has arrived, on 21 October. The tent was originally scheduled for delivery on 23 October but was subsequently delayed. According to the courier’s own website, delayed parcels typically arrive within 1–2 business days of the original delivery date. Unfortunately, that timeframe has already passed, and I still have no tent or any definite information about when it will arrive. I’ve been following up with both the courier and Tentworld, but neither has been able to provide a clear answer or resolution. What makes this particularly frustrating is that we have a family camping trip planned in just three days. I placed my order well in advance, expecting sufficient time for delivery, only to find myself uncertain whether we’ll even have a tent for our trip. While I understand that the delivery issue may primarily lie with the courier, I believe Tentworld also has a responsibility to ensure that its delivery partners are reliable and that customers are properly supported when things go wrong. A great product selection means little if customers cannot reliably receive what they’ve paid for. I’m not expecting miracles, just better communication, accountability, and a proactive effort to resolve delivery issues, especially when customers have already been waiting this long. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting purchase for our upcoming camping trip has turned into a stressful and disappointing experience.

Blackwolf Hiker Extreme -3C Sleeping Bag - Acid Lime

I love this sleeping bag and Tent World dispatched it very quickly. I’ve never owned a sleeping bag for the sole purpose of keeping warm in sub degree temperatures but I would have been lost (and freezing) without it on my trip to the Himalayas. The -3 degree celsius is accurate, at this cold it’s warm and comfortable but at -11 it was not quite sufficient by itself so the heat rating is spot on. It was not used for camping but for staying indoors in sub degree temp rooms with no heating. Love it. Soft and packs down nicely.

Fantastic customer service via 'Click 'n' Collect' today from Tentworld, Toowoomba. Ordered at 12.03pm and order was ready to be collected at 12.16pm! Ordered Exped Mega Pump to help with deflating self inflating mattress to make it easier for me to roll up by myself....what a cracker of a lil' Pump this is!! Can highly recommend this product 10/10! Also bought the new Darche Nebula Storm Fly to go with my Nebula 1550 that I've had for about 7 years now (and absolutely love!)...will be testing new Fly on the weekend but super impressed with it so far...can highly recommend Darche products, not the cheapest, but as the saying goes 'you get what you pay for', have quite a few of their products now. BlackWolf Turbo BLK Lite Cabin 450 Tent

I bought two of these for a scout camping. Each tent will easily fit 6 on normal size stretchers. The internal wall is good to split into two rooms and boys and girls can use one tent. Not at all intuitive to setup or packup. You must watch the video. Had two issues; trying to setup on my own to dry out after a wet camp pack up. One of the poles twisted and popped out of the hub at the top, took me an hour or more to fix it but all good again. Also I think the arrow labels on the twist lock poles are the wrong way around and they are very difficult to unlock when over tightened. Hope to get many years with these nice thick material tents. Very heavy, two person lift for sure at 37kg when dry.
