I'm only submitting this because i received your automated request for feedback email. Initially bought a product online via click and collect. Advised a staff member via a phone call to adelaide store that i would not be able to collect item in the collection window, but to please put aside, and i would be in to collect when car was fixed. Was advised by staff member this would be completely fine. Next day i was refunded, and my item was taken off click and collect. Called store again, and was told item can be put aside for me. When i did collect the item, i was given the wrong item, and overcharged. Had to return to the store again, and swap it over. Tentworld is a 3 hour round trip from where i live. Each time i spoke with staff at the adelaide store they were clueless, one older guy in particular, i think it was ross or something, was uninterested and seemed pretty clapped out.
