Parcel was delivered, but heres the point, enquired wether they use aupost or a courrier subcontracted as aupost. The subcontracted couriers, fastway,aramex etc are so lazy, they wont deliver your parcel but insist you come and pick it up, even if youve paid full postage. Theyre 55km away from me, and im without a car atm. Thankfully my parcel was under 20kg and a certain size, within the restrictions of au post, ifnot, i could have split the parcel up into smaller purchases. note the employees cannot change an order delivery eg split up once its in the system. i hope someone benefits from this info, if you do, plz like, if you can to tell me it has helped.

Fantastic customer service. A big shout out to Tracey King who went above and beyond to assist me. I purchased a Coleman instant up 10 gold series tent from tentworld a few years back. I recently went camping with my family and got stuck in some serious wind that completely bent and broke the corner poles on my tent. After contacting tentworld to purchase some spares, i was pretty devastated to hear they no longer sell that model. To my surprise the team at tentworld mentioned they had a floor sample which they would dismantle and send me the legs. when i asked how much? They said FREEEEE!!!!!!! All i had to pay for was the shipping. so the corner poles arrive also with a spare side pole. I attached them and hey presto the tent is like new. I would sincerely like to thank Tracy and the team for treating me like a real customer and gouing the extra mile . Rest assured from now on all my camping needs will be purchased from Tentworld.
