I ordered my $400 angle Fridge slide. It’s never turned up. It’s gone missing apparently with the courier I chase it up then I get an email from you guys saying it’s gonna be up to 15 more days to give the courier time to have a look for it after three days. I go any update then you sent me a form to fill out to state that I haven’t received it and would I like another one or money back? I said I’d like another one sent two days ago and I haven’t heard a word since I don’t think that’s really good. Customer Service on your behalf.

Darche Cold Mountain Canvas 1100 -5C Sleeping Bag - Black

The sleeping bag itself is amazing, but Tentworld shipped it in a cardboard box with zero plastic protection inside. It was left at my front door during bad weather, and by the time I got home, the box was soaked through. This leftthe sleeping bag completely saturated. Because this was bought as a gift, I had to spend a full week drying it out before I could give it to them. Great product, but terrible packaging choice.

OZtrail Pop Up Pod Tent 2P

This tent is in my opinion, more convenient than using a swag. It is ready to use, in seconds, so is especially handy when it is getting late in the day. Compared to a swag, it is light, compact, rain,insect, and critter proof. Also much quicker to dry out. This oz trail product is also reasonably priced compared to similar tents of other brands. A good, affordable product.

Zempire Mesh Repair Patches

Terrible product, not enough stickiness to stay on mesh. I read another review with a similar experience but thought I could get around it by using two patches front and back and get it to stick to itself. I applied patches and left it flat but by the next morning one of them had fallen off. Totally useless.

Tentworld fine. Shipping quite slow using Couriers Please the worst courier company in Australia. Product has 2 warranty issues. Would not purchase this brand again and also cheaper alternatives with more value at my local homebrew store that I discovered post purchase. Not much to drag me back unfortunately.
