The OZtrail 4 Piece Snatch Strap Recovery Kit brings together the essential recovery gear needed to help free a bogged vehicle from sand, mud or snow. Designed for a wide range of off-road conditions, it provides a practical and reliable recovery solution for both new and experienced 4WD owners.

At the centre of the kit is an 8 tonne snatch strap constructed from heavy-duty nylon webbing with 20% stretch. This allows the strap to store and release energy during a recovery, helping to reduce shock loads on vehicles and recovery points for a smoother, more controlled pull. Two included 4.75T rated bow shackles provide strong and secure connection points between vehicles and recovery equipment.

Reinforced end loops with protective neoprene sleeves help reduce wear in high-stress areas, extending the life of the snatch strap. All components pack neatly into a durable 600D carry bag with dedicated storage pockets to keep gear organised and protected. Independently tested and certified through a NATA-accredited laboratory, this compact recovery kit is a dependable addition to any 4WD setup.

• It is recommended that the minimum breaking strength of the strap should be between 2 and 3 times the gross vehicle mass (GVM) of any vehicle it is used with. This recovery strap must be suited to the lighter of the 2 vehicles used in the recovery progress.
